What a beautiful Sunday...

with lots of sunshine. Woke up and went to church. I had to do sharing time and today we made our Mother's Day gifts. We made marble magnets, like the ones below but used the kids pictures. They turned out really cute.

We did them this week so they'd have time to dry. Which was a relief because then I didn't have to prepare a sharing time!! We sang "Happy Birthday" to mom in primary. She and dad teach Jace's class, the 10-11year olds, and they do a great job. Her birthday is Wednesday. She'll be ??...(come on.... you never tell a womans age). We came home, ate lunch and took a little rest. The boys went and played hockey in the cul-de-sac. It was so nice we went for a walk with the girls then stopped over to mom and dads to visit. By then the boys had switched to playing basketball at the Nelson's. They've been goin' all day. Steph and Mike showed up at mom and dads on the rhino. We walked home and Halle kept buggin' John to call Grandpa to give her a ride on the rhino. So grandpa came down and picked her up. She was so excited. So I snapped a quick picture of Dad with Carson, Hanna, and Halle.John was reading this the other day and was "feeling a little left out". So... he was outside sanding on his bow that he made himself so I snapped a pictures of him. He is so talented and has such an eye for detail. I'll take a picture of it up close when it's all done. I love him so much! And last but not least, our pup, ABBY!!! We got her in January of this year and she is alot of fun. We are still trying to get the potty training thing down. She does pretty good, but every once in awhile she has an accident (grrrrr). But she's still a pup and HOPEFULLY she grows out of it. She's crazy and makes us laugh and the kids take good care of her. Hannah never puts her down and we're always saying, "Hannah, put the dog down!" She also goes by "Abner, Abercrombie&Fitch, Fitch, Ab, Skunk, and Pup". And anyone who knows John, knows he gives nicknames to everyone so a few of those are courtesy of John. Well off to round up my little chicks back to the nest.
