must come to an end! Spring break is over and it's back to school! The weather kept us inside most of the time and we just kinda hung out, sometimes we got a little bored...
had to find some paper for this little "artist"! One day the girls and I cleaned their room ~ an all day task ~ and we got 2 big garbage sacks of out grown clothes and 1 bag of shoes! We threw away, wiped down, and put everything in it's place! Last year I was going to have a garage sale but never got around to it, but this year, where it's so close to summer, I'm thinkin' of havin' one and what I don't sell just haul away! On the days where the wind wasn't blowing too hard and it wasn't raining, the kids did spend some time outside golfing and jumping on the trampoline! Jace and Justin are getting pretty good at back flips, Hannah is still trying to learn a front flip, and Halle is getting down her butt drops! Friday we went to the show...
It was cute and the kids likes it! We were going to see it in 3-D but they wanted $3.00 more a ticket makin' it $10.00 a ticket! That's a dollar more than regular price ~ kinda pissed me off! So we got popcorn and drinks ~ which we get the large popcorn and 2 large drinks that you can refill, and let me tell ya with two boys and two girls that LOVE popcorn, we get our moneys worth. I think they refilled it four times and they're drinks twice! We have a super busy April {see April's happenings} with lots of special people having special days! Jace has a special birthday this month...he turns 12! He is so excited! Tried another great recipe for dinner tonight! Head over to
here and try it out! Off to read the paper! The kids are in bed, the house is clean...all is well {knock on wood}! Except for this weather! Can you believe it? It's like 17ยบ outside right now...crazy!
So thankful for...1) got my groceries bought ~ except for eggs, they were outta eggs, and my menus planned for the week 2) John has a couple more days off 3) made it through Spring Break

Kinda sounds like our Spring Break except I had a sick kid too!
Kayden wants to see that movie so good to hear it was cute.
Could you email me and let me know how you plan your menus for the week? I know that sounds dumb but I would love to know. When I sit down to do it NOTHING sounds good and then I spend WAAAY to much at the freaking' grocery store!
